At Mary Rose LLC, each item is carefully handcrafted and made with intention. Due to the nature of our products, we have the following policy in place:


Returns & Exchanges

We currently do not accept returns or exchanges on items once they have been worn or used.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with a photo of the issue. We will gladly offer a replacement or store credit.


Custom Orders

All custom and personalized items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.


Processing & Shipping

Please allow the stated processing time before shipment. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers.
